Precision Contract Seed Production in Chile

Maraseed offers contract seed production services for international horticultural seed companies. Since 1992, we have been producing certified seeds in Chile's Central Valley under the GSPP standard — the international benchmark for Good Seed and Plant Practices.

Our contract production model includes full agronomic management, varietal isolation verification, phytosanitary monitoring, post-harvest processing and quality reporting. Production is managed by 15 in-house agronomists across two company-owned farms in Chile and Mexico.

We work with companies from Europe, North America and global markets producing hybrid tomato, cucumber, pepper, lettuce, melon and endive. Each contract is tailored to client specifications on isolation distances, production protocols and quality parameters.
